PP-INI menerima kunjungan dari Perum Percetakan Negara RI (PNRI) di Sekretariat PP-INI Jl. Minangkabau Jakarta.
Ketua Umum INI Yualita Widyadhari, didampingi oleh jajaran Pengurus Pusat yaitu Wirastuti (Bendahara Umum),  Sri Widyawati (Ketua Bidang Hubungan Antar Lembaga), Taufik (Ketua Bidang Organisasi), Zul Trisman (Ketua Bidang Pembinaan Anggota) dan Herna Gunawan (Sekretaris) menyambut Direktur Utama PNRI B. Sigit Yanuar Gunarto,  yang hadir bersama Akbar Ramli (Direktur Produksi dan Pemasaran), Efan Hasbullah (Ast. Manager Berita Negara) dan Pupu Syaefuloh (Ast. Manager Pelayanan TI).

Dalam kesempatan tersebut Perum PNRI menyampaikan :

  1. Adanya inovasi dalam layanan Perum PNRI terutama yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan tugas jabatan Notaris yaitu Pengumuman Akta Pendirian maupun Perubahan Badan Hukum/Badan Usaha dalam BNRI/TBNRI dengan sistem elektronik untuk memenuhi asas publisitas.  Beberapa produk baru PNRI tahun 2022 yaitu tampilan website yang memberi nuansa baru dan lebih informatif, output BNRI dengan sistem hybrid yaitu selain diberikan dalam bentuk hardcopy yang dicetak di atas security paper juga diberikan dalam bentuk softcopy yang diberi pengaman file dengan digital sertifikat dan hash function. Layanan baru lainnya adalah adanya fasilitas verifikasi online, yaitu pengujian keaslian file (pdf) yang diterbitkan sistem BNTBN online yang dapat dilakukan secara online pula sehingga pembuktian keaslian atas file yang diterbitkan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan cepat.

Tarif dan output Pengumuman BNRI/TBNRI sesuai dengan Kep.Dir Perum PNRI No. 032/1/XII/2021 tanggal 13 Desember 2021 berlaku efektif 1 Januari 2022. Ketentuan ini berlaku surut terhadap penomoran BNRI sejak No. 71 Tahun 2020 yang terbit tanggal 4 September 2020.
PP-INI mengapresiasi adanya inovasi dalam layanan Perum PNRI tersebut dan memberikan berbagai masukan untuk penyempurnaan sehingga dapat lebih menjamin ketertiban dan kepastian hukum kepada masyarakat dengan tetap menjaga marwah jabatan Notaris sebagai pejabat umum yang membuat akta otentik  sebagai rujukan utama otentisitas Akta.

  1. Perum PNRI bersama PP-INI dalam waktu dekat akan mengadakan Sosialisasi kepada Notaris seluruh Indonesia terkait inovasi pada layanan Perum PNRI  terhadap pengajuan pengumuman Berita Negara RI.
