Tangerang – Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum (Ditjen AHU) dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas layanan menyelenggarakan kegiatan Konsinyasi Koordinasi dengan Instansi Terkait Penyempurnaan Layanan Korporasi di Tangerang (03/09/21).

Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh Direktur Perdata, Santun M. Siregar dan juga dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari Kementerian Investasi/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP), Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI), serta pegawai di Lingkungan Ditjen AHU yang merupakan peserta dari diskusi tersebut.

Dalam arahannya Santun mengatakan bahwa koordinasi ini dilakukan untuk mendiskusikan permasalahan terkait layanan badan usaha kepada instansi yang bekerja sama dengan Ditjen AHU guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

“Kita akan melakukan diskusi dengan instansi terkait yang bekerja sama dalam sistem AHU Online khususnya Sistem Administrasi Badan Usaha (SABU) dan Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum (SABH) dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” ungkap Santun.

Seperti yang sudah diketahui bahwa dalam layanan AHU Online Ditjen AHU bekerja sama dengan BKPM dalam integrasi data Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS), serta berkerja sama dengan DJP terkait Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) dan Konfirmasi Status Wajib Pajak (KSWP) yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam berusaha.

“Kita akan berupaya maksimal dalam menyempurnakan layanan korporasi sehingga dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam berusaha,” jelasnya. Koordinasi yang dilakukan dengan instansi terkait ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan di Ditjen AHU. “Diharapkan dengan dilakukannya koordinasi ini akan membantu layanan kita menjadi lebih baik lagi,” tutupnya.
